This course is to teach you what to look for when you see a disposition of Continuance without a Finding (CWOF) in Massachusetts.
It has been found that some cases have been disposed as CWOF, however the case in fact has been dismissed. This is typically due to the clerks improperly updating the case information in the computer system.
